If the issue is still exist,please collect the client side SFB log, In MAC Go to Finder -> go to folder -> /Library/Containers//Data/Library/Logs/ This directory contains a file called sfbmac.log, which has the log information from the Skype for Business for Mac client. Please update the client to the latest version on MAC Delete all keychains starting with Skype For Business. ![]()
